And the other wines...

Table wine making is part of my traditions since 1972

In first years, my brother, my brother-in-law and I used to buy about 1000 to 1500 pounds of grapes each fall. Wine was fermented then aged in oak barrels for one year. That harvest used to give from 600 to 800 bottles, that we shared together.

Using new technologies, I now produce my wine from concentrates. It is less romantic, but lower workload. Today, market offers high quality grape concentrates that give excellent wines.
